A project to innovate the Solofra production site
The investment program is focused on the expansion and enhancement of the Solofra (AV) production site, dedicated to the manufacture of leathers for high-fashion clothing and accessories. The initiative involves the purchase and installation of cutting-edge plants, production lines, and machinery in the leather sector, compliant with the requirements of the Industry 4.0 Transition Plan.
The company project has been developed with a dual objective:
- Expansion of production capacity
- Optimization of processes with a sustainable and digital approach
The new machinery, automated devices, systems, and CNC control units will allow the company to:
- Optimize material and energy consumption
- Improve production efficiency
- Ensure integrated communication flows across different processing stages
- Integrate enabling technologies envisaged by the Industry 4.0 Transition Plan
This investment strengthens D.L. Leather’s position in the high-quality leather manufacturing sector, with an approach focused on innovation, competitiveness, and the green and digital transition.
